By purchasing a Wild Wisdom Session or coaching package, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
All sales are final. Due to the nature of this work and the energetic preparation involved, no refunds are offered for single sessions, multi-session packages, or ongoing coaching.
If you’re unsure which option is right for you, please reach out before booking so we can clarify together.
Your session time is reserved just for you.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice (other than genuine emergencies) will be forfeited.
In the case of an emergency or unforeseen event, please contact me as soon as possible — we’ll find a compassionate solution.
For multi-session packages, all sessions must be scheduled and used within 60 days of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Unused sessions beyond this period are considered expired and non-refundable.
If you are on a recurring monthly coaching plan or mentorship:
A minimum 30 days’ written notice is required to cancel or pause your plan.
Payments already processed are non-refundable, and the current month will continue until the notice period ends.
Everything shared during sessions is held in strict confidence.
These sessions are a space of trust, honesty, and respect.
Please note that while this work is deeply supportive, it is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice. You are responsible for your own well-being, choices, and actions following our work together.
By participating in a Wild Wisdom Session or coaching series, you acknowledge that you are engaging in personal development at your own discretion.
Shelley Honeychurch is not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes that arise as a result of your participation.
You agree to take full responsibility for your emotional, mental, and physical well-being before, during, and after sessions.
